Diddy Faces Six New Sexual Assault Lawsuits Amid Expanding Legal Battle

Music mogul Sean Combs PKA Diddy is facing additional legal trouble, with six new s#xual assault lawsuits filed against him in New York.

The lawsuits, brought by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, include allegations of r@pe and s#xual misconduct spanning from 1995 to 2021.

Among the claims are accusations of groping a 16-year-old at one of Combs’s famous White Parties, and separate incidents involving men and women who accuse him of r@pe and s#xual assault in various settings.

The lawsuits come as Diddy awaits trial for federal racketeering and s#x trafficking charges, to which he has pleaded not guilty.

His legal team has dismissed the new lawsuits as part of a “media circus” aimed at attracting attention, while Buzbee has defended his approach, saying it is intended to reach out to potential victims and witnesses.

Several of the lawsuits are based on incidents outside the usual statute of limitations for sexual assault, instead using a New York City provision to revive the claims.

Combs’s defense team has argued that the wave of allegations threatens his right to a fair trial, while Buzbee has indicated that more claims may still surface as his law office continues to receive thousands of calls through a dedicated hotline.
