Nigerian Jollof is a full bewitching work of art on its own and it has no intention of beating this allegation and Kiki Foodies has decided to raise the bar with her Peri-peri Jollof rice with chicken which strikes every salivation hormone just with its name. 

This video tutorial will base on the most excellent way to create a magical experience with food and a tasteful memory for your tastebuds. With flavor flying around and chicken essence brewing in and out while being perfectly marinating with chili, sauce and spice. 

There can be other ways to cook the peri-peri jollof rice with chicken, but kiki foodies presents her recipe and they consist of:

For the sauce 

  • peppers, bell peppers , large onions , garlic, fresh thyme sprigs, chicken seasoning cubes, sugar, salt, paprika, lemon juice, oil

For the chicken:

  • chicken, salt, peri peri sauce 

For the peri peri Jollof rice:

  • oil, onion, tomato paste, peri-peri sauce, bayleaves, cup water or chicken stock, rice, salt (skip if using chicken stock), cilantro to garnish

The final result was a very tasteful plate of Peri-Peri Jollof rice with chicken, achieved by cooking, boiling, frying, and proper marinating of needed ingredients by the Chef Kiki Foodies
