Joyful Cook’s Simple and Delicious Recipe on How To Make Juicy Meatballs From Scratch

Joyful cook always has something in store for us and the entire Joy Food Tribe, and in this new episode, she would be teaching how to make homemade meatballs. The key steps included cutting the beef into smaller bits and blending into ground meat, and mixing with other ingredients like mashed bread, Egg, minced Garlic, chopped Onion, Parmesan cheese, Parsley, Salt, and Pepper to form a wholesome Meatball mixture. Also noting, she advised the use of in-store bought ground beef for convenience purposes.

The host also made important notes like avoiding to over mix the ingredients to avoid the hardening of the meatballs, ensuring that an ice cream scoop is used in portioning the meatballs before being rolled by hand, an a preferable method of the meatballs being sauteed in a pan with Olive oil which aim is to keep the insides juicy and the giving the exterior a golden brown color. 

Procedures like flipping the meatballs every couple of minutes to provide overall evenness was also advised as the host went ahead to conclude the video by expressing her satisfaction with the final product, and also gave expert advice on what dishes to mix the meatballs with like Spaghetti or stews.
